RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Large freight items are allowed refunds prior to shipping with a 20% restocking charge. Once a freight item has shipped we will only refund/return item if the customer takes care of arranging return freight and covers costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. At the point of receiving the returned item at Lil B's, a refund based on the aforementioned terms will be issued. No freight items will be allowed refunds or returns if the product has been installed or coated in any way. Small NON-Freight items can be returned based on the same requirements, Not installed or damaged in any way, customer pays all return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Refund will be issued once the item has been received at Lil,B's. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee once the order has been submitted.
