Universal Wiring Harnesses

Choose one of the universal wiring harness and switch options below to make wiring up your new lights a snap. Comes with everything you need. Just hook up the red wire lead to the battery and the black to a ground, then plug in the light and click the switch and you're lighting up the night!

Choose the perfect harness for your setup with options to control one light, two lights, or even four lights! The brass grommets on the positive and negative terminals make connecting to the battery or accessory post a snap. Each harness comes with an inline fuse, a relay, and a switch. The switches can be easily swapped out with a rocker switch, check out our rocker switch options here.

Generally, our lights have a DT connector unless it is one of our very high-power lightbars, in which case, the listing will say it uses an ATP connector.

3" Extreme Series CREE LED Light Pod

Extreme Series is Extreme LED's best performing series...and here's why. These light pods feature new optics which couple an internal reflector to focus all the light onto the magnifying lenses. This combination eliminates any internal loss of light and ensures all light generated by the LED chip is projected outward, greatly increasing its efficiency and overall light output.

The magnifying fish-eye lenses focus the light to provide an extremely tight light pattern and reduce light losses due to refraction. Additionally, they are rated to keep dust, water, and other particles out of the internal components. The military air breather balances internal and external pressure and moisture content to help further increase overall seal longevity and reduction of possible internal condensation.

Light is generated via 4 x 5 watt CREE LED chips generating 1,600 lumens of light output.

We designed the Jowl with a D-Ring shackle shape for those off-roaders who prefer a more traditional shackle look on their rigs. Built-in pull angle stops are visual reminders that give you feedback to help you keep your pull angles low keeping your recovery safe and as efficient as possible.

The Jowl Recovery Shackle fits any 2.0 or 2.5 inch D-Ring tow shackle receiver hitch bracket mount with a 7/8" (0.875") pin hole and a mount width of 1-1/4" (1.25") or less.

B'oh Recovery Spin Pin Shackle 3/4

A twist (pun intented) on a standard D-ring bow recovery shackle our new pure white B'oh shackle incorporates an innovative Two Finger Spin Pin design to keep your pins and shackles joined together out on the trail. No more lost pins!

We collaborated with our partners over at Owyhee Offroad Parts to solve the lost pin and lanyard tangle problem by adding a grooved channel around the pin flange that holds a weather resistant stainless steel spin ring that spins freely while you rotate the pin when removing or replacing the pin in the shackle body. This allows the lanyard to stay in one position, out of the way, without wrapping the lanyard around the pin as you tighten or loosen your shackle.

Where a lanyard would normally be attached and in the way this spin pin design also leaves your pin hole empty so you can insert a tool to tighten or loosen your pin without damaging the lanyard.

The lanyard is made of 7 strand stainless 210 lb wire rope coated in black vinyl so it will not scratch your shackle or bumper as you bump your way down the trail.

Unlike a traditional lifting shackles we beef up this 3/4 inch bow shackle by giving the body side profile a taper that thickens and adds more material through the length of the shackle making it extremely safe and strong to handle the toughest recoveries. All inner and outer edges feature large curved soft shackle friendly edges so they will not damage your recovery ropes and other towing gear.

A twist (pun intented) on a standard D-ring bow recovery shackle our new flame red B'oh shackle incorporates an innovative Two Finger Spin Pin design to keep your pins and shackles joined together out on the trail. No more lost pins!

We collaborated with our partners over at Owyhee Offroad Parts to solve the lost pin and lanyard tangle problem by adding a grooved channel around the pin flange that holds a weather resistant stainless steel spin ring that spins freely while you rotate the pin when removing or replacing the pin in the shackle body. This allows the lanyard to stay in one position, out of the way, without wrapping the lanyard around the pin as you tighten or loosen your shackle.

Where a lanyard would normally be attached and in the way this spin pin design also leaves your pin hole empty so you can insert a tool to tighten or loosen your pin without damaging the lanyard.

The lanyard is made of 7 strand stainless 210 lb wire rope coated in black vinyl so it will not scratch your shackle or bumper as you bump your way down the trail.

Unlike a traditional lifting shackles we beef up this 3/4 inch bow shackle by giving the body side profile a taper that thickens and adds more material through the length of the shackle making it extremely safe and strong to handle the toughest recoveries. All inner and outer edges feature large curved soft shackle friendly edges so they will not damage your recovery ropes and other towing gear.

The Moose Knuckle Offroad B'oh Shackle fits any bumper shackle mount or tow shackle receiver hitch bracket mount with a 7/8" (0.875") pin hole and a mount width of 1-1/4" (1.25") or less.

All color options are fully covered with a durable coating pantone color matched to popular truck and Jeep colors.

(***Please note: this option will show signs of weathering and rust if left uncoated.)

Most shackles have a larger pin diameter compared to the "nominal" shackle size or shackle body size classification. In most cases the shackle pin is 1/8 inch larger in diameter compared to the shackle nominal size designation. For example, the most common size shackle for midsize trucks, jeeps and SUVs is a 3/4 inch shackle that has a pin diameter of 7/8 inch so that the shear strength of the pin matches or exceeds the strength of the shackle body size. Here is a short list of common shackles sizes used for offroading and vehicle recovery so you can get familiar with their corresponding pins sizes.

1/2 inch nominal shackle size - 5/8 inch diameter pin

5/8 inch nominal shackle size - 3/4 inch diameter pin

3/4 inch nominal shackle size - 7/8 inch diameter pin

7/8 inch nominal shackle size - 1.0 inch diameter pin

1.0 inch nominal shackle size - 1.125 inch diameter pin
