Return Policy
Large freight items are allowed refunds prior to shipping with a 20% restocking charge. Once a freight item has shipped we will only refund/return item if the customer takes care of arranging return freight and covers costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. Visit our Refund Policy for more details.
Orders can be shipped to a commercial location with a forklift or loading dock. Residential orders will be shipped to the closest FedEx freight terminal. Please use this link if you would like to confirm the closest terminal to your location.

What to expect when ordering from Lil B’s Custom Fab
We build our products for real use and real adventures—and that starts with transparency. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about lead times, finishes, shipping, and returns. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, our team is always happy to help.
What is the lead time for my order?
Our current lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks from the time your order is placed. Because each product is built with care and attention to detail, lead times may vary slightly depending on demand and configuration.
Can I order my bumper powder coated?
Yes. Powder coating is available for local pickup orders for an additional cost and added lead time. We always recommend test fitting your product prior to coating to ensure proper alignment and fitment.
What is your return policy?
All sales are considered final once production has begun. Because our products are built-to-order, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
